What is Easy Arrival?

Easy Arrival is a private, optional assistance service for selected travel arrival and declaration forms. We provide guided data entry, information checks, document capture and customer support. Easy Arrival is not a government agency.

Which countries and travel forms does Easy Arrival support?

Current availability is shown on our Destinations page. Each country page explains the supported form, whether the service is live, the assistance included and where to find the official alternative. Destinations marked “Coming Soon” are not yet available.

How long does completion and confirmation take?

Timing depends on the destination, the form and whether all required information is available. Review the relevant country page for specific guidance. After successful processing, confirmation is provided in the format used by that destination’s official system.

How much does Easy Arrival cost?

The Easy Arrival assistance fee is shown on the relevant country page before you begin. This fee covers the optional assistance service and may be separate from any government charge. Where an official form can be completed directly, that alternative is linked on the country page.

Preparing and submitting

What information do I need to have ready?

Prepare passport, travel-date, flight, contact and accommodation information for each traveller. The exact information and whether travellers can be grouped depend on the destination's official form instructions.

What if I make a mistake on my form?

Review all information before submission. Our guided form checks for common missing or inconsistent details. If something needs attention afterwards, contact support with your application reference and we will explain the available next step.

Privacy and official alternatives

Is my personal data safe?

We use safeguards including SSL encryption, secure hosting and restricted access. We do not sell personal information. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, and Easy Arrival does not store complete card details.

Do I have to use Easy Arrival?

No. Easy Arrival is a private, optional assistance service. Travellers can use the relevant official government website directly, often at no charge. Easy Arrival charges for guided completion, information checks, document capture and customer support.
