At Easy Arrival LLC ("Easy Arrival", "we", "our", or "us"), we provide optional travel arrival and declaration form assistance. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made through our website.

Easy Arrival provides guided digital assistance for supported arrival and declaration forms, including data entry, information checks and submission support where applicable.
Our services involve guided digital processing, information checks and administrative work using details supplied by customers. Refund eligibility depends on whether processing has begun and how much of the service has been completed.
You may cancel for a full refund before processing begins. A full refund may also be available if we cannot provide the purchased service for reasons within our control or if a duplicate payment was processed. Once processing begins, eligibility depends on the work completed and applicable law. Contact support@easyarrival.com promptly to request cancellation or a refund.
A refund is generally unavailable after the purchased form-assistance service has been successfully processed, or where submitted information supplied by the customer was incorrect, except where required by applicable law.
Once you have submitted your application or form and made payment, the service is considered to have commenced. Because our services involve immediate digital work and professional labour that have associated costs, refunds may be reduced or declined once work has started. Refund requests are reviewed individually, and approval is at our sole discretion where permitted by applicable law.
Once the requested service has been completed, delivered, submitted or made available, the purchase is generally non-refundable unless required by law. Completion includes guided preparation of an arrival or declaration form, submission support where applicable, and delivery of the completed form or confirmation information.
Easy Arrival service fees are separate from any government or third-party charges that may apply to a destination. The official Mauritius All-in-One Travel Digital Form is currently free when completed directly through the government website. Any third-party charges are governed by the relevant provider's refund policy.
Refunds will generally not be provided where delays, rejections, additional costs, or inability to complete the requested service result from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, failure to provide requested documentation, failure to respond to requests for additional information, changes to travel plans after work has commenced, missed travel dates, failure to meet destination country requirements, or passport expiry or other travel eligibility issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is complete and accurate.
Easy Arrival cannot guarantee entry, government processing times, airline acceptance or border decisions. A refund is not automatically due solely because entry is denied, additional information is requested, processing times change or destination requirements change after purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including government processing delays, airline system issues, technical outages, natural disasters, public holidays, changes to immigration requirements, internet outages, and force majeure events. Such delays do not automatically entitle customers to a refund.
If you accidentally submit the same order more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. Where duplicate services have not yet commenced, duplicate payments may be refunded.
If you experience a problem with an order, contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can try to resolve the concern promptly. If a payment dispute is opened, we may provide the payment provider with relevant records showing the service requested, work completed and communications with the customer.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times vary depending on your financial institution but typically take between 5 and 10 business days after approval.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any updates become effective when published on our website.
