Easy Arrival LLC provides optional travel arrival and declaration form assistance to help travellers prepare destination-specific information and complete supported forms.
Easy Arrival is an independent private company and is not a government agency, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, airline or border authority. Purchasing our service does not influence government decisions or guarantee entry into any country.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to submit information on behalf of any person included in your request.
Our services may include arrival and departure form preparation, customs and health declaration assistance, guided data entry, information checks and destination-specific form guidance. Available services vary by destination and are described on the relevant service page.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, supply requested documents promptly, review all completed documents before submission where applicable, ensure that your passport and travel documents remain valid, and verify your own travel requirements before departure. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information that you provide.
Easy Arrival cannot guarantee entry into any country, processing times, government decisions, airline acceptance or border outcomes. Completion or submission of an arrival or declaration form does not grant entry permission. All entry decisions remain with the relevant authorities and border officials.
All prices are payable in the currency shown at checkout. The Mauritius service currently costs US$15 per traveller; the official Mauritius government form is free to complete directly. Payment must be completed before work begins. Card payments will appear as EASYARRIVAL on the customer statement. Applicable taxes and charges are displayed at checkout where required.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that certain digital services may begin immediately after purchase and that refund eligibility may be limited once work has commenced.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, software, images, branding, designs, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Easy Arrival and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, upload malicious software or code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, copy or scrape website content without permission, or infringe the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.
Our website may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, government websites, airlines, analytics providers, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Arrival shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. This includes missed flights, travel delays, immigration or airline decisions, government processing delays, lost business opportunities, data interruptions and third-party service failures. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Arrival, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, information you submit, your misuse of the website or services, or your violation of applicable laws or the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to our website or services if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, payment has been reversed or disputed, or continued service would expose us or others to legal or security risks.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or website at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
Easy Arrival shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyber incidents, labour disputes, pandemics, war, terrorism, or failures of third-party service providers.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and cannot legally be excluded, those rights remain unaffected.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Arrival regarding the use of our website and services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes become effective when published on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after the revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
