Planning a trip to Mauritius? This guide explains the All-in-One Travel Digital Form, who currently needs to complete it, what information to prepare, and what to expect after submission.
Current requirement · Updated 14 July 2026
Mauritius introduced this temporary requirement for all arriving air passengers from 8 June to 7 August 2026. Requirements can change, so check the latest official guidance before departure.
Read the government announcementThe basics
The official online form collects information requested by Mauritius authorities before arrival. It brings together travel, personal, accommodation, emergency-contact, health and declaration details in one digital submission.
Important
The arrival form is not a visa and does not grant permission to enter Mauritius. Travellers must still meet the passport, visa and entry rules that apply to their nationality and trip.
Eligibility
Under the temporary health measures in force at the time of this update, all passengers travelling to Mauritius by air must complete the form before embarkation. If travelling by sea, confirm the applicable process with the cruise line, carrier or Mauritian authorities.
Prepare the required details for every traveller in the booking, including children. Where the official system allows travellers to be included together, follow its on-screen instructions carefully.
Timing
Complete it before departure, once flight and accommodation details are confirmed. There is no need to rely on a generic “72-hour rule”; follow the latest instructions shown by the official form and the advice supplied by the airline.
Practical tip
Do not leave it until the airport. Completing it in advance gives time to check passport numbers, dates and accommodation details before submission.

Confirmation
The official system generates a PDF containing a QR code. Current Mauritius tourism guidance advises travellers to print the completed document and carry it for the journey. Keeping a digital copy on the phone is also useful as a backup.
Before leaving home
Check that the name, passport number, flight and accommodation details on the confirmation are correct and readable.
Choose how to complete it
Easy Arrival is a private travel-assistance service and is not affiliated with the Government of Mauritius. Travellers may complete the official government form themselves at no charge.

Review the Easy Arrival Mauritius service, what is included and the assistance fee before deciding which route suits the trip.
Common questions

No. It is an arrival information form, not a visa or entry approval.
Prepare the requested details for every traveller, including children, and follow the official form’s instructions for grouped submissions.
Current official tourism guidance advises carrying a printed copy of the PDF with its QR code. A digital backup is also sensible.
Check the official form guidance and airline advice. If important information is no longer accurate, complete the process again if instructed.
